A bit of background
I have to say, I have had a pretty awesome last few years. In 2014, Charlotte and I bought our first house. This was a pretty big deal for us, and as we know a house is pretty much the biggest purchase or financial commitment we will ever make.
Following on from this we started planning our wedding and we married on the 17th June 2017.
No sooner had we married and got back from honeymoon we we decided to buy a bigger house. It was our reward for the hard work we have put in over the last few years.
A couple of months after moving into our dream home we discovered Charlotte had fallen pregnant. This came as a massive shock to those around us as we had always declared that kids just weren't on the cards for us.
Come September 2018, little Harry joined us and a new chapter in our life had begun. I quickly realised how important it is to spend as much quality time with Char and Harry and I left my role as a company director for a national trade association.
Back to now...
So, this is where we are now.
Having left the security of paid employment I'm going it alone. I have now decided to push forward with what was really a 'hobby site' and to compliment this will be offering marketing consultancy to micro-businesses. Doing what I believe I do best.
2019 is going to be an exciting year. We're going to take a well deserved holiday for some family time, we both turn 30 and neither of us know what else lies around the corner.
There will no doubt be more motorcycles, house development and personal development.
For me, 2019 is very much about creating new relationships and taking a concept and turning it into a business.
